To confirm the booking the Tennant has to pay an advance payment of 50% by bank transfer.
The booked apartment will be available not earlier than 4.00 pm and not later than 7.00 pm on the arrival day.
The Tenant has to go to Agenzia Alberti office to collect the keys and pay the balance; Our staff will show you the reserved apartment.
After the second day of no show and lack of communication from the Tenant we assume the tacit renunciation of the apartment and it will be considered free, the deposit paid will be not refoundable.
The rented apartment must be vacated by 10.00 am of the departure day in order to allow cleaning and subsequent possession.
Any deposit can be withdrawn at the Agency’s office after the keys have been handed over and the check of the apartment has been done.
